box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">市直联合清欠办公室现已在市信访局设立的联合接待窗口，将实行首问负责制，由专人负责接待农民工咨询投诉并登记，对投诉事项进行分流和归口分工处理。对符合受理条件（侵权行为发生在两年内、在市直辖区范围内、有明确的投诉人和被投诉单位以及有确凿的证据）的农民工投诉举报欠薪案件快立案、快处理、快办结，对违反清欠有关规定的建设单位、施工企业或建设项目提出处理意见；对非进驻部门和县、区属案件进行及时转办、限期督办，确保农民工工资拖欠案件得到有效应对和及时处理。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;
